My name is Kavitha (Ka-vee-tha) Reinhold and I enable employee learning and development to deliver on business goals. I am a selfless team player, solution-oriented critical thinker, and lifelong learner. Over the last 10+ years, I facilitated learning experiences, coached staff, and built teams.
