ABOUT KAUSAR B.

A fully vetted, dynamic and effective individual. Forward thinking with over twenty five years of experience in both the public and private sectors which has allowed me to develop unique skill sets including senior leadership and a chartered Programme professional (ChPP) in APM and Managing Successful Programmes [MSP], delivery and transformation for private sector and Government Major Projects Portfolio (GMPP). I come from a legal, transformation, infrastructure and Telecommunications background. Additional experience includes Senior Leadership Team member [SLTs], Programme Manager, Delivery Manager and a Senior Portfolio Manager. I have managed multi-million pound portfolio\'s, Emerging Technology portfolio\'s, Intellectual Property [IP], Programme Delivery, Change Management, Policy Advisor, and I am also an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion [EDI] expert. My career abroad in various countries has enabled me to work at a high strategic level in multiple sectors with diverse backgrounds and clients, developing strong people skills and inclusive leadership. These skill sets include thought leadership, strategy, advisor, manufacturing, branding, luxury, business content strategy, start-up companies, R&D, implementation, national health programmes, sustainability, high level stakeholder management, complex problem solving, capability building, innovation, governance and cross-sector collaboration.Leading organisations and delivering programmes and projects across various sectors overseas as well as here in the UK, has created personal tenacity and resilience.
