As the Chief Lollipop Officer at Yellow.global, I’m responsible for managing the flow of tasks and resources across the company. My primary focus is to ensure that our teams, particularly Sizzle and Sherpas, have everything they need to operate smoothly and efficiently.What I Do:Traffic Management: I oversee and manage the distribution of work throughout the organisation, ensuring tasks are allocated appropriately so that both the Sizzle and Sherpas teams can function without any bottlenecks.Resource Planning: I coordinate resources and plan their allocation to guarantee that all projects are well-supported and delivered on time.Budget Support: I assist with budget management, ensuring projects are completed within our financial constraints and that resources are utilised effectively.Process Oversight: I closely monitor our internal processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain and enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness within Yellow.global and continue to support our B Corp processes.In this role, I combine strategic thinking with practical execution to ensure our operations run smoothly. My aim is to support the teams in delivering their best work while maintaining a streamlined and effective workflow.
