As a part of the larger In-home domain, I lead design efforts on a cross-functional product team focused on job profitability and payments within Asurion\'s Field app (an enterprise iOS and Android app). Field app is an internal tool that enables in-person experiences between Asurion Experts and customers. Prior to joining the In-home domain, I worked in the security space as one of three designers working on our customer-facing Security Advisor product. Additionally, I led design efforts for an MVP Security Advisor integration for Verizon\'s Digital Secure app from conception to launch.
