Hello! I\'m Kati - mom to a vivacious 6-year-old, and someone who thrives on connecting people and solving problems at scale.My journey started in retail stores and led to Walmart\'s home office, where I discovered my strength in translating complex ideas into action across every level of an organization. I\'m energized by both the strategic big picture and the people who make it happen - mentoring colleagues while driving enterprise-level transformations.People often tell me I have a knack for building bridges - whether it\'s fostering collaboration between cross-functional teams or helping others see possibilities they didn\'t know existed. I bring speed and enthusiasm to everything I do, from navigating organizational complexity to staying up late learning new skills.Currently exploring what\'s next while building my own solutions alongside pursuing full-time opportunities. Because I believe the best leaders don\'t just solve today\'s problems - they create the tools and relationships that solve tomorrow\'s challenges too.Oh, and in case you wonder - does she only love to work? I’ll answer that simply with - no. My connection to people transcends work and everywhere I go - I meet new people and make new friends. I love to do outdoor things whether they are active or sedentary, on water or land, and include but aren’t limited to - enjoying good eats, drinking coffee, kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, walking, traveling, reading, and the Bravoverse.
