I bridge chemistry and analytics, applying lab rigor to messy business data so teams can make clear decisions and improve how work gets done.I am an analyst with a 15 year background in analytical chemistry, lab management, and process improvement. I built my career finding root causes, fixing broken systems, and explaining the \"why\" behind the numbers. I do the same with business and operational data.I am known for reliability, strong judgment, and follow through. I learn new tools and systems quickly, even when documentation is limited, and I take ownership of outcomes. I have led teams, reduced errors, and built workflows that make complex work easier to run and easier to trust.I’ve also been exploring AI tools and how they can support real work. From summarizing notes to improving workflows and reducing repetitive tasks, I’ve enjoyed testing out where it fits and where it doesn’t.
