ABOUT KATIE BAYLESS
After years of experience in retail, and my love for fashion. I decided to open a women\'s boutique in Greensboro, NC called with/love. I learned first hand the joys and troubles of owning a business. After a year and a half, I decided to close. Being fresh out of college and finally financially on my own, I knew closing was the best decision. During my time owning with/love, I invested in print advertising with The Scout Guide Triad - a city guide that showcases the best of local. I connected with the owner and editor, who needed help around the time I was closing. It was a no brainer as I knew the benefits of being in The Scout Guide. I now use the skills I gained from my college classes and my business to help grow The Scout Guide Triad. I am the Director of Communications where I handle marketing strategy, as well as sales, and internal/external communications.
