Changed university policy to allow students living abroad to enroll in the U\'s fully online degrees. Partnering with and gaining insights from the World Trade Center, US Commercial Service, and universities leading internationally in the online space to determine best practices and recommendations surrounding local compliance issues, with the end goal of increasing global access and awareness of the U\'s degree programs. Primary Project Implementation liaison for Continuing Education\'s ed tech partners, such as Coursera and Instructure, for major program implementations, including a new student registration system. Grew UOnline degree programs by developing high-impact practices through capstone and internship placements at participating companies, thus enhancing company loyalty and creating new workforce pipelines. Created blueprints for developing experiential learning opportunities, grants, and sponsored programs for graduate-level students.Other- Research (market research, product positioning, corporate partnership opportunities, International Compliance, Peer Institution interviews, Country-specific analysis)- Special Initiatives Project Manager - most notably responsible for three separate software implementations, and currently responsible for International Expansion efforts within UOnline, the U\'s fully online and hybrid degree programs- Founder and Manager of the UCL Scholarship, training teams on administration, fundraising, and stewardshipHappy to mentor or answer questions regarding any of these efforts!
