Establish & continually improve structure and processes for internal product teams-Develop and implement new PO/invoicing system software, which will reduce manual work being done by production & accounting teams by half-Identify new staffing opportunities to help scale the business effectively within Production, Warehouse, & Design departments; & interview/hire for new positions-Create and implement new processes for production and adjacent teams to improve efficiency and organization within the company, such as cost and margin reporting, QC SOP for the warehouse team, and vendor onboarding processes-Mitigate company risk by sourcing, vetting, and onboarding new domestic and international suppliers to expand and diversify the supply chain-Responsible for restructuring the Production department and doubling department staffing in first year-Manage a team of 6 Production Managers and 4 Production Assistants, providing regular coaching and feedback for individual growth
