Act as primary advisor for School Counseling (SC) and School Adjustment (SAC) Students across all locations• Review all exit portfolios for hours and DESE required paperwork for SC Students and submit approved students to Associate Dean of Field Experience and DESE Compliance for endorsement• Stay up to date on all DESE regulations in collaboration with the DESE coordinator to ensure program outlines/Tevera assignments align with regulations• Oversee the SC Handbook for accuracy and updates as DESE regulations change• Assist Associate Dean of Academic Advising and Field Experience with SC student onboarding to FE, and with management of system administratively• Understand intricacies of SC v SAC program options and advise students as to best career pathways• Attend Orientation to serve as student point of contact for School Based Programs• Provide FE site search support to SC students and work to connect them with approved sites• Hold weekly office hours/1:1 advising sessions booked via Starfish to assist in student tracking data collection• Engage in retention efforts as assigned by Associate Dean of Academic Advising and Field Experience to bring back students from School Based Programs
