ABOUT ERIC BAIME

As an online and on ground college educator and subject matter expert par excellence, my teaching philosophy focuses on the need for each student to enjoy specialized one on one care along with a personalized instructional methodology. My teaching goal is to excite each and every student about the subject matter and to stimulate a free and open exchange of ideas. I have found that successful initial communication with the students serves to pave the way towards an increased comfort level for both communicating online and for understanding the subject matter. Moreover, educational approval and appreciation assists in creating within the student a feeling of exceptionality and uniqueness. It is my strong belief that students’ interest and comprehension of the subject matter is to be encouraged by continual and timely evaluation by the instructor.Clear and concise feedback detailing each student’s academic success or difficulties exemplifies the concern of the instructor as to each student’s progress. Successful utilization of group and individual discussions via online chat is essential in order to gauge comprehension. I also believe that a continual effort must be made to stimulate the student so as to ably draw the student into the class.I have taught courses at Strayer University, American International University, Brandman University, National Paralegal College, Florida Institute of Technology, Hodges University, Everest University, Daymar College, New England College of Business, South University, Key College, Palm Beach State College, and Miami Dade is never too late to be what you might have been.\"-George EliotAND\"If we teach today\'s students as if we taught yesterday\'s, we rob them of tomorrow.\"- John DeweySpecialties:Online/on ground education, Online course curriculum development.
