Director, Human Resources and Talent Management - Sharp Metropolitan Region @Sharp HealthCare

Serves as the head of Human Resources and Talent Management and Executive Team member for Sharp Metropolitan Region which includes two inpatient hospitals;(Sharp Memorial Hospital and Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women and Newborns), a psychiatric hospital (Sharp Mesa Vista), and substance abuse treatment center (Sharp McDonald Center). Leads a team of nine HR professionals to support the medical campus and outpatient services center which are comprised of approximately 5,700 employees. Consults with colleagues and leaders across the system to provide expertise and guidance in identifying best practices and opportunities to innovate, develop, and execute programs and processes that address best place to work strategies for employees systemwide. Leads with initiative and resilience in providing insight, recommendations, and expertise in deescalating employee relations and labor relations issues. Provides executive and leadership coaching; models effective leadership, communication, and mentoring skills to promote leader and staff development.
