I’m an innovative, results driven EMR Consultant with 15 years of experience in several capacities. If you need someone who, understands the workings of an Electronic Medical Record (Front end & Back), is detailed oriented, is analytical, and has the ability to communicate effectively, I’m that consultant. I’m not a yes consultant. I’m not the consultant who will only tell you what you want to hear. I have no problems admitting that I don’t know. But, I can guarantee that given the opportunity, I will find out. Although, I will make it my mission to grant your every wish, It is my hope that my clients greater goal is efficiency along with the best possible patient care. I’m not clinical. However, I make it my mission to understand and stay current on CMS and Joint Commission regulations. I’m a consultant who will do the leg work. I will collect the information required to recommend efficient Future State Workflows. I will build gap/needs Analysis, Test Scripts, and Workflows. I will create effective curriculum that will provide trainers with the tools they need to conduct instructional classroom trainings and that will leave end users confident and excited to adopt a new system. I am a trainer. I stay engaged with my class, and I take personal responsibility for the positive experience of each user. Out of all of the above qualities that I will bring to your implementation, the one that I feel is of the utmost importance is the fact that,rather positive or negative, I listen.
