Brooks Rehabilitation has been a leader in rehabilitation for more than 40 years providing the highest quality rehabilitation and medical care for people requiring therapy to include an inpatient hospital, outpatient clinics throughout Florida, the largest home health agency Northeast Florida and clinics and numerous community outreach programs - including adaptive sports, a brain injury clubhouse, stroke wellness, aphasia center and patient family housing.
