Assist in the management of our team of Employee Advisors who provide daily support to consumers and users of our industry-leading private benefits exchange platform called The Bright Choices Exchange. My responsibilities include on-boarding training, call and performance reviews, reporting, resolving escalations, working interdepartmentally to improve processes and to best service our callers as well as our clients, client facing presentations, point of contact benefit administrator for Liazon Benefits, assisting in strategic quality assurance evaluation and planning for the team. Interact on a daily basis with top national and regional insurance providers, as well as a network of leading broker partners.
