Infrastructure Manager for all information technology infrastructure, including all data center and disaster recovery sites, physical and virtual servers, storage and backup infrastructure, wireless, local area and wide area networks (LAN/WAN). Provides hands-on technical skills when needed and oversee all IT services for the IT infrastructure Provide input for developing and establishing IT department technology standards and procedures, and assigns work to the systems administration and operations staff. The position also has responsibilities for the analysis, design, development, deployment, and operations of IT software and hardware systems supporting the business. I work closely with the Corporate IT and Business unit IT groups to ensure compliance with the corporate policies and standards. As Senior Operations Manager I am responsible for leading and guiding the operational activities of the organization for successful project execution. Responsible for the achievement of the operational objectives contained in the Company’s Strategic Business Plan of maximizing growth and profitability, developing and implementing organizational initiatives for continuous improvement, and achieving sustained operational excellence in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, and values. Maintain and manage a leading team of Operations members and Area Managers, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations and building leadership with additional business partners.
