Lead Tape/Print OperatorProcess tapes that get ejected from the ATL thru India to be sent to the offsite storagefacility on a weekly basis. Load scratch tapes into the ATL and filling of the tapescoming from the offsite storage and putting any other media. Print out offsite signature form. Understanding customer needs and requirements. Keeping management updated on items requiring attention. Diligent in responding to all incoming requests. Monitor console messages and mount requests, print reports using Infoprint 4100 and Printronix 7220, diligent in responding to all incoming requests(phone calls and e-mail).
