I became an Independent Member for Herbalife in April 2014 and I am building a part-time business around my existing commitments, helping people achieve their health goals. Through the network marketing structure I am also helping a number of people similarly earn a part time income and I\'m always interested to help others do the same.I run a fun and successful FitClub twice a week in Sunderland which is free to attend and we\'re getting great results in people\'s fitness levels.

With over 15 years experience of working in the community & voluntary sector through employment and volunteering opportunities, Kathryn is passionate about making a positive difference to people\'s lives. Following her redundancy in July 2016 Kathryn has launched a Sports Massage Therapy business to compliment and run alongside her existing part time business with Herbalife Nutrition.Kathryn is now able to provide an enhanced package to individuals to achieve their health goals whether it is through a personalised nutrition plan; support to achieve a healthy active lifestyle; reduce aches & pains; promote recovery from sport or other injury, or a combination of all.
