I grew up in the restaurant business, where customer service wasn’t a department—it was the foundation of everything. From an early age, I learned how to read people, anticipate needs, and deliver under pressure. That experience shaped my leadership style and remains the hallmark of how I serve clients today.I am the Founder & CEO of 38Alpha, a consulting firm that partners with government agencies, executives, and mission-driven organizations to solve complex problems, strengthen operations, and deliver results. As a trusted connector, I operate at the intersection of government, business, and community—where credibility, discretion, and execution matter most.I’m an Army Veteran and 40 Under 40 Honoree with more than a decade of experience advising senior leaders, boards, and elected officials in high-stakes, politically nuanced environments.
