Use various channels - job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach emails - to attract candidates passionate about making a difference in education- Be the first point of contact for applicants, guiding them through the application process for speech-language pathology, social work, and occupational therapy roles- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from outreach to job offers, ensuring candidates align with our schools\' needs- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have all documentation in place, including state licensure and background checks- Provide mentorship to junior team members and assist in developing recruitment processes- Leverage advanced sourcing tools and build a network of top talent in speech-language pathology, social work, and occupational therapy- Lead the tracking and reporting of recruitment metrics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of hiring efforts- Build relationships with universities for AnthroMed’s Clinical Fellowship Program and new-graduate hiring initiatives.AnthroMed Education is committed to enhancing the landscape of K-12 education by supporting and advocating for the dedicated professionals who serve students\' diverse needs.
