Use various channels—job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and outreach emails—to attract candidates passionate about making a difference in special education and therapy- Be the first point of contact for applicants, guiding them through the application process for speech-language pathology, social work, and occupational therapy roles- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from outreach to job offers, ensuring candidates align with our schools\' needs- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have all documentation in place, including state licensure and background checks- Support Speech-Language Pathologists, School Social Workers, and Occupational Therapists with the process of obtaining and renewing their professional licensure- Build strong relationships by regularly checking in with clinicians to ensure they feel supported, valued, and fulfilled in their roles- Leverage advanced sourcing tools and build a network of top talent in speech-language pathology, social work, and occupational therapy- Lead the tracking and reporting of recruitment metrics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of hiring efforts- Build relationships with Universities for AnthroMed’s Clinical Fellowship Program and new-graduate Social Worker hiring initiativesAnthroMed Education is committed to enhancing the landscape of K-12 education by supporting and advocating for the dedicated professionals who serve students\' diverse needs.
