Working in the Department of Solid Waste Management, continuing work initiated as executive fellow. Responsibilities center around managing the new cross-enterprise circular reuse hub initiative, implementing landfill diversion and workforce development projects. •Lead development of strategies to reuse and repurpose discarded material and reduce single-use waste, prioritizing 3 circular economy targets (textiles, mattresses, foam).•Oversee program budget matrix manager for 4 communications and outreach staff.•Work cross-functionally with 13 internal and external stakeholder partners, building relationships across network.•Use of project management software to track and monitor data related to key performance indicators. Program progress presented to City leadership on quarterly basis.
