Responsible for Production teams within Elevance Health Individual Under 65 and Medicaid Marketing and Member Communications. Our most recent success involved standing up a new digital storefront for 25 markets that save 72% on one to one communications. My team consists of 19 highly effective marketing professionals working remotely/virtually from coast to coast. We produce pre- and post-sale communications for the health plans our department supports. We are the experts providing clear communications and printed materials that meet company and compliance standards. My team of print and vendor support coordinators and consultants ensure member/marketing materials meet contractual, compliance and brand guidelines for multiple plans and products in multiple languages. Interview, hire and coach new employees and execute performance evaluations. Work with vendor partners to improve efficiencies (production quality, performance, deadlines and process improvement) and assist with the processing and cataloging of invoices for our translation/print/mail budgets to ensure we meet monthly, quarterly and annual budget goals.
