ABOUT KATHERINE MASTERS
Finance graduate currently on Reckitt’s Finance Graduate Scheme, gaining broad exposure across commercial and global finance functions. I am in my final rotation within the Group Internal Audit team, where I evaluate end-to-end processes, identify risks and support continuous improvement initiatives across global operations.Previous rotations include the UK Health Sales Finance team within the grocery channel, where I partnered with key customers and commercial teams to support initiatives that improved P&L performance and profitability. I have also worked within the global category Intimate Wellness team, supporting brands including Durex and Veet, delivering financial analysis and strategic insights to inform decision-making at a global level.I hold a First Class Honours degree in Business Management and Accounting and Finance from Nottingham Trent University. During my placement year at Honda Financial Services in the Treasury department, I developed a strong foundation in cash management, liquidity forecasting, and corporate funding strategies.I have successfully completed the Management level of the CIMA qualification (February 2025) and am currently progressing through the Strategic level. Combining strong academic credentials, hands-on professional experience, and ongoing qualifications, I bring an analytical, collaborative and commercially minded approach to delivering meaningful financial outcomes.
