Currently Senior Environment Manager at TfL, leading TfL\'s strategic work on green infrastructure and climate change adaptation.Formerly a member of the GLA\'s Environment team, focused on the development and production of the ground-breaking London Environment Strategy, as well as managing green infrastructure and climate change adaptation projects and programmes.Previously worked as Environment and Energy Research Fellow at a leading UK think tank. Authored two policy reports on urban green spaces (Park Land, 2013 and Green Society, 2014), which resulted in a key recommendation being adopted and implemented by Government, and co-authored a report on onshore wind policy (Powering Up, 2015). Conducted a PhD on ecological impact assessment in the English planning system at Oxford Brookes University. The results of this research were considered in Defra\'s consultation on biodiversity offsetting in October 2013, helped inform a POSTnote on biodiversity and planning decisions and Policy Exchange\'s \'Nurturing Nature\' report.
