Develop, assess, report and lead the sustainability portfolio of programmes and project within CooperVision Responsible for a small team of Subject Matter Experts (SME\'s) Work with Project managers to develop business cases to support the target ESG metrics, while balancing overall growth and profitability. Assess, lead, align, and report the portfolio of sustainability projects being run across operations Provide the leadership, analysis of data, and control framework to support the organisation\'s governance of their sustainability ambitions and consolidated corporate ESG reporting Lead the culture change and strategic initiatives to drive change throughout the organisation, coordinating stakeholder meetings and manage implementation workshops with relevant teams. Coordinating internal communications and training to embed new ways of working around the organisation Supporting the selection and adoption of new reporting software around non-financial data to support and enhance ethical decision making.
