Candidate Matching & Support • Maintain a deep understanding of the skills, experiences, and career readiness of military‑affiliated candidates.• Help translate military service or spouse experience into civilian job qualifications.• Connect job seekers with job opportunities from partnering employers.• Provide “high‑touch” – meaning more personalized support rather than mass or automated matching. Outreach / Marketing / Advocacy • Promote the programs offered by VetJobs and Military Spouse Jobs to potential employer partners and military affiliated candidates.• Represent VetJobs / Military Spouse Jobs at events, webinars, employer briefings.• Help with candidate recruitment / sourcing as needed. Tracking, Reporting, Metrics• Track placements, candidate/employer satisfaction, hiring outcomes.• Report on program (e.g. number of candidates placed, employer engagement, candidate, responses).• Use databases / ATS / resume pools to find, sort, and present qualified candidates.• Ensure that what is promised to employers (e.g. vetted candidates) is delivered.
