Communicate with corporate recruiters regarding open positions Cross-search through CASY-MSCCN applicants to identify individuals with specific qualifications in a specific area. Coordinate and report results to Recruiter Connect Manager and, at times, the recruiter the team is working with on the positions. Perform job search and match for CASY-MSCCN applicants within the Gateway. Research employment positions in a particular field or industry to be used in ‘Find Work Wednesday’ blog on the CASY-MSCCN Career Navigation site. Contact applicants via email and telephone to obtain additional information, schedule interviews and appointments, provide information, and introduce them to CASY-MSCCN services. Assist applicants in their job search by: offering new search strategies, resume critiques, connecting them with CASY-MSCCN employer Hot Jobs whenever possible and encouraging them to take our online trainings. Provide reports and statistics that track and measure applicant progress. Assist new team members by training them on functionality of the Talent Management Gateways. Complete daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required by Recruiter Connect Manager. Develop and maintain relationships with applicants, corporate partners, and military family centers.
