At UWG, I deliver direction to a Media Buying Team, strategically managing and negotiating media buys across key markets, developing strategies to optimize workflow, and facilitating/conducting coaching sessions to enhance the team\'s performance and growth-consistently meeting or surpassing organizational goals. I also supervise the billing team, manage quality control, and orchestrate daily operations by developing optimal media buys campaigns, assisting in the management of media recommendations for clients, negotiating contracts with media research companies, and managing client relationships for key accounts including Ford and Lincoln Motor Company.
