ABOUT KATHARINE MATHISON

I am a confident, determined and motivated individual, an excellent communicator, with the enthusiasm and energy required to achieve results in a competitive marketplace. I have amassed considerable experience in both the public and private sectors enabling me to be more efficient, organised and adaptable. I am equally competent and comfortable working as an individual or as part of a team. My experience includes recruitment, training and management of a large number of staff in a social work home care department, making holistic decisions often contained within stressful situations, researching and delivering training courses with a single aim of developing students, staff and myself towards personal goals whilst incorporating organisational and educational objectives. I am decisive and skilled at analysing and interpreting situations objectively and efficiently.
