In partnership with my team, I design and deliver the Sales Academy to all new sales hires in North America. In addition, I work with various business stakeholders and project leads to strategically design and deploy training through our Learning Management system. Our mandate is to positively impact the productivity of new hires at Softchoice and increase retention.
