Over 16 years in customer service and over 8 years in property management have helped me to become a true professional in the work that I do. I am proud to have won the 2022 ACE Award for Assistant Community Manager of the Year, just as I was moving up to Community Manager.With my prior US Navy experience, I bring the attention to detail and work ethic that the property management industry needs to have.Through working in the property management industry, I have found purpose and meaning in my life. I believe in building up our teams\' self-esteem, skills, and morale in order to achieve our goals through teamwork.I believe in setting high standards, holding each other accountable to reach our goals, and continuing to raise the bar.In my free time I\'m usually found on hikes/camping, lifting weights, running, or hanging out with my cat.
