At Prose Prominence, I successfully transitioned from Leasing Professional to Leasing Manager by expanding my role beyond leasing into marketing, resident engagement, and team leadership. While in leasing, I consistently achieved strong results in closing leases and building lasting relationships with prospects and residents. Over time, I took on greater responsibility in overseeing lease files, ensuring compliance and accuracy, and streamlining the leasing process so clients were closed within an average of four days.In addition, I helped maintain and elevate the property’s brand by planning monthly resident events designed to strengthen retention and foster community. I proactively reached out to local businesses, including the University of North Texas, Texas Woman’s University, FEMA, school districts, and local restaurants, to create partnerships that enhanced both resident satisfaction and brand visibility in the market. These initiatives allowed me to not only connect with potential customers but also highlight the value of living at Prose Prominence.My current responsibilities include guiding the leasing process from start to finish, monitoring team performance, and ensuring the community meets occupancy and revenue goals. I also serve as a key communicator between residents and management, helping to address concerns, improve satisfaction, and align daily operations with company objectives. By blending leasing expertise with marketing outreach, I have been able to contribute to resident retention, brand reputation, and overall community success.
