Hello I’m a Commercial Director and business growth leader with 20 years’ experience helping organisations grow revenue, win work and build partnerships that last. My background spans commercial strategy, marketing, public sector, bids, MarTech, AI and strategic partnerships, with a strong focus on turning strategy into results.At Simoda, an award-winning Sheffield-based IT and technology business in Kelham Island / Neepsend, I operate at board level and lead commercial activity across growth, marketing, sales, public sector, partnerships and customer success. I work closely with the management team to ensure the business delivers against its goals.What makes Simoda special is our culture and how we work with customers. We have an exceptionally high customer satisfaction score and NPS because we care about outcomes, not just transactions. We don’t simply supply businesses with kit like laptops — we deliver end-to-end expertise across the entire IT and technology estate, from infrastructure and cloud through to software, security and ongoing support.We’re honest about what we do and don’t do. I work closely with the management team to ensure submissions are robust, compliant and aligned to buyer needs, matched by delivery excellence — because winning work only matters if you deliver it well.Alongside this, I’ve led sustainability and social value strategy, including creating Simoda’s Sustainability Strategy, calculating emissions and building a roadmap to Net Zero by 2050. I care deeply about tangible social value - not box-ticking.Outside of work, I’m a mum to two teenagers and passionate about cricket and the positive impact it has on young people and adults alike. I’m a Board Trustee at Derbyshire Cricket Foundation, helping shape the strategic vision to make cricket accessible to all.
