ABOUT KATHERINE DILAWARI

I am a strategic environmental consultant and MA Licensed Site Professional (LSP). I help commercial real estate developers, investors and institutions navigate complex real estate deals and succeed with challenging brownfield redevelopment projects, both locally and and nationally.Internally at Haley & Aldrich, I am the Real Estate Market Leader. I lead the development of H&A’s national real estate market strategy. We have a deep history of providing environmental and geotechnical solutions for developers, investors and institutions, and are enhancing our company’s capabilities to meet evolving client needs in areas such as portfolio resiliency solutions, data center development, and real estate asset management.
