ABOUT KATE WAN

Experienced executive level leader with over 20 years experience engaging people and driving results. I am the Chief Operating Officer at Live Your Message, who has been featured on Inc’s List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America 4 years in a row. I support the CEO by running the day-to-day business, reducing her workload and taking details and business decisions off her plate. The Directors of Operations, Marketing, Fulfillment, Creative Agency and Customer Support all report to me which requires diverse leadership experience. I am like the conductor of an orchestra or as they say on our organizational chart \"the glue that holds the company together\". My life, passion and work have taken me all around the world (in fact, all 7 continents!). Gratefully I have gained incredible experience (and adventures), working in a variety of industries from larger corporations to start ups and opening multiple businesses for others and myself. This was helped along by a decade of experience with Flight Centre Limited, rising to executive leadership roles where, at the time, we experienced total transaction value of $6.4B. I specialize and have repeated success in working for fast growing companies who are struggling to grow a team of A-players and support them in achieving the results they know they are capable of.
