Working with the Director and Creative Producer to develop programming, liaising with artists and cultural project partners to deliver exhibitions at the gallery. Working collaboratively with partners and team members to produce events supplementary to programming.• Designing bilingual digital and print assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, communicating the organisation’s activities and achievements to audiences.• Liaising with key programme, fundraising and project delivery teams to ensure campaign information is accurate, attractive and accessible to audiences. Maintain clear records of communication, images, participant and activity data for evaluation and reports for funders and partner stakeholders.• Management of the front of house display including digital marketing display screens.• Liaising with suppliers, agencies and freelancers to create and organise assets supporting programming, ensuring accuracy and delivery within agreed time frames.• Share programme information on relevant listings websites e.g. Arts Council Wales.• Updating social media, scheduling posts, and engaging audiences via Facebook, Instagram, Calendly and Google+ reviews.• Co-ordinating and creating Mailchimp newsletters, liaising with team members, checking copy and messaging is accurate and appropriate.• Administrative support, directing calls, taking messages, processing financial transactions and management of eCommerce Store.• Providing customer service and front-of-house support, assisting audiences during their time visit, as well as freelancers and volunteers engaged by the organisation.• Ensuring safety procedures and safeguarding processes are managed across all activities, that the building is kept clean and maintained, reporting any issues on to senior management.• Assist in relationship building between Ffotogallery and its local community, promoting the organisation alongside local events and activities, sharing and developing audiences together.
