Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Driving the People agenda for not only my business (21 in the team) but for Clients who ask me to consult on a wide variety of People challenges Learning & Development: Lead & oversee the design & delivery of the learning offerings encompassing early careers including apprenticeships, graduate programmes & work experience, ensuring scalability & accessibility Talent Attraction: Everything from response management to Assessment facilities - volume recruitment campaigns in the under £30k sector. Also manage single mid to senior range vacancies - across every function Talent Management: Lead & oversee both single mid and Senior roles (up to and including CSuite) together with volume campaigns working with clients talent management frameworks. OD: Working with clients to scope and scale OD projects – operationally implementing them through the entire process Performance Management: Lead & oversee the performance management model & process including the annual appraisal cycle for my team. Also, been asked to coach and manage performance of clients’ teams EDI: Promote diversity & inclusion practices & continuously review the talent pipeline through a D&I lens Budget Management: Run both my own and business and the farm business successfully. Supplier Relationship Management: Own the relationship with key third party suppliers & lead on contract negotiations & renewals Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Clients senior management including Business Founders, CSuite, CEOs & other stakeholders to ensure strategies & initiatives align with broader organisational objectives Project/Change Management: Lead on change initiatives across all areas of People that will drive a positive impact both within Clients and my own business Employee Engagement: Lead & oversee the engagement to drive actionable improvements to increase overall employee engagement
