PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES• The HR Business Partner role comprises of a mix between operational and strategic HR to include the ability to: o Have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, form strong relationships, collaborate and influence at all levels in a fast-moving business;o Coach partners and managers and be their trusted partners, not just on people issues but on business decisions, direction and Leadership. o Provoke thought around performance management processes to drive a culture of high performance, including talent and succession planning o Have agility in thought; creative, naturally curious and engaging; always eager to contribute and gets involved in new thingso Drive talent identification and attraction strategy for the businesso Have both a strategic and hands-on approach to Recruitment, being the key liaison to the Recruitment Team for all resourcing matters across my business areas.o Explore and challenge team structures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.o Influence and being part of project teams delivering business strategies and initiatives.o Support the business in driving and managing change effectively, using change management tools and processes to ensure that teams continue to operate effectively.o Influence reward decisions effectively within the business ensuring fairness and consistency of decision making. o Champion the learning agenda within teams, working with business partners to develop talent and succession plans for their business areas. o Continuously increasing understanding of the wider world of HR, sharing external perspectives and best practice with the business and HR colleagues.
