Internal Audit /Risk Management/Cyber Security Audit (ITGC, SOX, ITAC, PCI DSS, NIST,DORA, HIPPA, HI TRUST, GDPR, CCPA):• As part of Global Compliance Program, I was part of Internal Controls IT GRC Architect team and responsible for driving compliance to SOX, Internal Controls, and Policies compliance across zones, and Internal Audit Support to all IT security frameworks in organization• Worked on ITGC controls implementation project & identifying key gaps across all applications • Monitoring of Control Self-Assessment activities across zones for compliance with company’s global policies and internal controls.• Conducted quarterly validation for compliance to internal controls across all zones. Perform spot checks on sample basis from set of identified internal controls. • Performed management testing of IT controls for zones across various processes including - • System security processes (including testing of SAP BASIS, User provisioning and SOD controls)• Change management (including review of SAP configuration controls)• Co-ordinate with various zones to ensure timely remediation and closure of Internal Audit issues. • Interfacing with the clients on solutions and executing projects on client engagements, forming client relationships and understanding of the client\'s business• Reviewing User Access Management, Change Management, Logical Security of Applications, OS & DB Security, Physical Security, Governance Controls, Incident Management, Computer Operations, Backup & Restoration and Policies & Procedures• Mapping and analyzing the requirements and design documents; conducting walkthrough calls and in person meetings with the client of the project to decide the audit approach• Facilitating end-to-end deliverable to the client - Leading the IT GRC Audit team Globally • Conducting SOX Testing for New User, Data Backup, Logical Access and Job Scheduling; logging defects and reaching back to the client for remediation for the next quarter.
