Currently working as a Senior Solutions Architect. Lead Solution Architect of the solution and system that won the prestigious Canada CIO Award for 2023. Additionally, member of the core Architecture team that won the Canada CIO Award for 2024 as part of the newly launched Mobile Application built using Flutter and Microservices Architecture.Working as the Lead Solution architect for one of the core initiative \"Advisor Investor Modernization - AIM\" which is a multi year and multi million dollar program providing new services, platforms and capabilities to the Advisors and Investors.Responsible for designing, implementing, release and maintaining of MFDA compliant onboarding solution named e-Advisor. Successfully helped Aviso launch the system in 2021. The system is a big revenue source for Aviso which has approx. 100 Billion dollars under Administration and Management, The system is used by over 2500 financial Advisors across 300 Credit unions from coast to coast. In 2022 alone, more than 85 new features and enhancements were launched. Primarily responsible for designing, architecting and enhancing the system. Additionally, have been involved with process improvements and have successfully helped transition teams from GitFlow to Trunk Based Development by utilizing Branch by abstraction and Feature Toggles techniques. Also helped evaluate third party integration systems like LaunchDarkly for Feature Flag Management, OneSpan for e-signing documents by investors. Helping the organization transition to cloud by utilizing Microsoft Azure Cloud Technologies. Also coached and mentored multiple development teams on good design, architecture and helped with code reviews to ensure system quality.Additionally member of the Architecture Council which ensures standards are met across the organization.
