A Start-Up Specialist for MNC OEMs, with 35+ years of Aerospace & Defence experience. Set up multiple Green and Brown Field projects, both within and outside SEZs in India. By leading BUs of major American, French, European, and Canadian OEMs at Board and various leadership levels and by serving IAF, I played a pivotal role in the successful establishment and operation of major projects such as: First of its kind Engine Lease Pooling facility in India, 100% FDI Aerospace Manufacturing Facilities, First of its kind OEM & Indian Pilot & Maintenance Training Organizations, and Upgrading Air Combat Simulators to COTS-based platform Establishing world class facilities, harnessing requisite resources, understanding and complying to all regulatory requirements, mitigating business challenges, and operationalising BUs for delivering world class deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction is my speciality. I have facilitated ToTs with IP, and running and integrate Indian operations with their global supply chain. I have built collaborative initiatives that would kindle efficiency without impeding on quality, cost, or timelines.
