ABOUT KARLI HISCOCK

I am a Partner in the Real Estate department of Bates Wells specialising in commercial property transactions. I am qualified to practise in England, Wales and Scotland.My work includes acquisitions and disposals of investment and commercial premises, office, retail and mixed use developments, lettings (acting for landlord and tenant), corporate acquisitions and disposals involving property aspects as well as acting in the acquisition and disposal of agricultural land and greenbelt land. I have advised charities on numerous commercial property transactions and also have experience of secured lending; acting for borrowers and lenders. My most recent transactions include; advising charity clients on acquisitions and disposals, acting for retail clients taking leases of flagship and smaller stores, advising developers on the acquisition of sites subject to planning permission and moving tenants into their new Headquarters.
