ABOUT FARAH MALIK
I have experience advising on general commercial disputes as well as commercial and residential property disputes. I also advise on general property related matters, including providing portfolio management advice and dealing with freehold and leasehold property, advice on compliance with legislation, dilapidations advice and more. My litigation experience extends to third party funding and after the event insurance having worked at a litigation funder. This means that I am able to look at the bigger picture and consider and discuss with clients the commercial and financial aspects of bringing any claim. I like to work with clients to deliver cost effective solutions to problems and achieve early resolution of disputes where possible. I like to think of creative solutions to problems and have experience in advising on settlement strategy and tactics. I adopt a client focused approach and aim to provide advice in a manner that is client friendly and meets the client\'s aims and objectives.
