Areas of expertise:I am originally from Michigan and moved to Arizona in May, 2018. I was hired through a recruiting firm onto the Job Folder Review Team as a Staffing Specialist and moved into the position permanently in August 2019. In future roles I look to develop my experiences in the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources fields.I worked as a Regional Manager, Case Manager and Office Manager throughout my career. I have 30 years’ experience in H.R. working in Onboarding, Employee Records, Finance, Account payables/receivables, Audits, Employee Relations, Hiring and General HR. I am exceptionally organized, hard-working, ethical, not to mention trustworthy. I have always been a quick learner and have no problem with making changes as they come. I mold myself into any position that I am hired into, because I know that all positions will come with challenges, changes and new ventures, but so does society. Therefore I have learned to adapt, be open minded and to learn as much as I can and teach others as I move through whatever company I am with.
