Assists in the management of all sponsorship deliverable items and activities at the World Equestrian Center Ocala and the sales and activation efforts of the sponsorship and strategic partnership consultant. Oversees over 30+ year-round accounts, and responsible for an additional in advertising accounts.• Monitoring weekly sponsorship deliverables.• Collaborate and support multiple departments at the World Equestrian Center to ensure that sponsor/partner agreements are fulfilled.• Ensures that sponsorship fulfillment items have been successfully communicated and executed. Sponsorship Fulfillment items include, but are not limited to:o Digital branding, Static Signage, show jumps and various branding materials, Hospitality and event access, Awards participation, Ticketing, Advertising and distribution of marketing materials, Vendor space, and ensuring inclusion in Week Weekly and other WEC publications etc.• Oversee venue tours for potential partners.• Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements for sponsors/partners.• Serve as liaison with the Golden Ocala Golf and Equestrian Club and other Royal Shell properties as it relates to sponsorship/partnership activities.• Stays current on industry trends and communicates to appropriate individuals anything that could impact the property directly or indirectly.• Identifies and maintains constant communications with the Center’s key accounts.
