I am an instructional leader and learning designer with more than 18 years of experience helping educators and school leaders translate evidence into meaningful improvements in teaching and learning.My work focuses on designing professional learning experiences, instructional frameworks, and practical tools that support educators in implementing high-impact teaching practices. I have served in a variety of leadership roles including lead teacher, instructional coach, department chair, and STEM academy director, where I collaborated with administrators and district leaders to analyze student performance data, design instructional initiatives, and implement school improvement strategies. In addition to my work within K-12 systems, I collaborate with the College Board as an independent contractor supporting national curriculum and assessment initiatives.
