Built on a 60+ year history of innovation and impact, we believe that when educators succeed, students thrive, everywhere learning occurs.Responsibilities: • Lead the development and execution of pedagogical strategies across digital curriculum products, ensuring research-based instruction aligns with educator needs and supports student success.• Provide thought leadership on learning design, representing Edmentum at conferences, in media, with clients, and in collaboration with internal teams.• Evaluate educational trends and research to inform product development, ensuring alignment with best practices in pedagogy and education policy.• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Research, Marketing, Strategy, and Customer Success teams to align curriculum development with market needs and student outcomes.• Mentor and lead a team of learning designers and accessibility strategists, fostering growth through compassionate leadership and promoting adaptability in their work.• Analyze potential partnerships and product improvements through the lens of pedagogical excellence and innovation.• Track shifts in educational policies and practices, integrating findings into Edmentum’s strategic goals and frameworks.• Foster collaboration across teams, leveraging strengths in communication, inclusion, and development to support cross-disciplinary initiatives.
