Let me tell you a little about how I got here: My 1st career was in hotel management where I worked for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company for 12 years. I went back to school and got a Master Degree in Business. After the MBA, I joined a start up real estate company in Daytona Beach and soon switched to selling real estate at RE/MAX. Here is who I am best positioned to help: A Seller in Volusia or Flagler County who is soon ready to list, has a fundamental idea of the market but is willing to listen to my suggestions and will make some repairs in order to bring the listing price up.
