I would say I always lead by great example, as I was taught through my childhood by my parents. It is in my blood, and I enjoy leading groups of people and motivating everyone to do and be better, in all aspects of life. The Golden Rule is instilled in my head and in my heart. I live by it, and I treat everyone with respect and courtesy, no matter the mood I may be in, which is usually positive anyway. My main objective in life, in general, is to always strive to be better than I was yesterday. With this mindset, failure will never be an option. Determination and dedication to success is my motivation to achieve my goals.
